We are pleased to announce the following features are now available within the Provision Map software. Please refer to our knowledge base on how to use these new features.

Users are able to add tables to our new templates – Users can now add ‘tables’ to plan new templates in the same way you use text areas and custom fields.

We have added a new School Setting – Users can now choose currency out of £, $, € (Euro) and د.إ (UAE dirham).

User are now able to share passports with parents/guardians – In the parental involvement section of a pupil profile, a pupil plan or a pupil passport, you will see a new option – “Share active passport (read only) with parents/guardian”.

Parents/Guardians will now have to enter their pupil’s date of birth (if present in software) when creating an account for the first time or adding a new pupil to their account.

Schools based in England onlyNational Baseline Statistics
You can now compare your school’s percentage of SEN Stages and SEN Needs to your Local Authority and National average. You will find a new report titled ‘National Baseline Statistics’ underneath the reports heading.  On first time going into this report you are able to choose your Local Authority from a popup.
